Our classes follow the school calendar and run in 10-week terms.
All our classes are held in small groups to ensure every child receives individual attention, creating a supportive and focused environment.
We offer a range of levels designed to form a clear developmental pathway. Our structured programs allow them to grow and progress under the guidance of our experienced coaches.
Little Nastics
Kids aged 3 to 5 yo. Duration: 45 min class
Introduces rhythmic gymnastics with ribbons, hoops and balls. Focuses on coordination, balance and flexibility through fun, playful activities.
Drop-off only—perfect for starting their gymnastics journey!
Rhythmic fundamentals
Kids aged 4.5 to 6 yo. Duration: 1 h 15 min
This class transitions from Little Nastics with more focus on apparatus handling and skill development. A fun mix of movement and technique—no experience needed!

pre-advanced
For kids aged 6+ yo OR strong skills. Duration: 2 hrs class
This class focuses on mastering techniques and achieving Level 1 gymnastics goals following GymNSW requirements.
