At Nastic Gymnastics we ensure we provide high quality, personalised trainings. That is why our classes are small groups of maximum 6 kids per class.
Not a problem! It is our job to make sure we adapt to every skill’s level. Everyone is welcome at Nastic Gymnastics.
No, however we strongly suggest wearing a gymnastics leotard if possible or sports tight fitting. The most important is that the gymnast feels comfortable during the training.
