  1. Upon enrolment through Bookeo you accept and acknowledge the following terms and conditions set out below

You accept that gymnastics is a dangerous sport with inherent risks associated and by enrolling in any class, event or holiday camp with Nastic Gymnastics you acknowledge all risks involved thereof. Nastic Gymnastics takes no responsibility for any personal injury, damage to property, loss or liability suffered by any participant or any participant’s parent or guardian in connection with or arising from the enrolment and/or participation in any Nastic Gymnastics class, due to any cause whatsoever.
  3. In the event of an illness or accident, you authorise Nastic Gymnastics to seek any medical, hospital or ambulance services as we see fit, should we be unable to get in contact with you and you agree further to meet all expenses involved.
  4. Nastic Gymnastics reserves the right to make changes to any coaches without notice.
  5. In the event of a disruptive participant who presents a disciplinary problem that continues affecting the experience of other gymnasts involved, Nastic Gymnastics reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate participation.
  6. Should you be unable to attend a class, you will be entitled to two make-up class per term, subject to availability.The makeup classes must take place in the same term as the missed classes. Makeup classes are subject to availability and fees will not be refunded or credited where a student is unable to find a convenient makeup class.
  7. Cancellation of your enrolment ten days prior to the start of the term, will entitle you to a refund less an administration fee of up to $10. Should an enrolment be cancelled once the term has commenced, we require one months notice and a refund for remaining classes will be provided. This applies for all circumstances including cancelation arising from illness or injury occurring outside Nastic Gymnastics classes. No refunds are available for activities out of regular classes, such as but not limited to; holiday camps, casual classes or workshops.
  8. The annual Registration Fee of $40 is a non-refundable payment and is applicable to each calendar year.
  9. Should you book into a class and attend without making payment, Nastic Gymnastics reserves the right to debit your account after sufficient notice has been given.
  10. You acknowledge that Nastic Gymnastics retains all enrolment information on a confidential database. You authorise Nastic Gymnastics to use this information to communicate with you and send marketing and promotional information on occasion.
  11. Security and Privacy Statement:Information collected by Nastic Gymnastics is personal information, as defined by the Privacy Act 1998. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, telephone number and postal address. This information is used to identify yourself when making an online enrolment, to contact you about an enrolment, class details and in the event of an emergency and to keep you informed, should you request this, to be included on matters that may be of interest to you. Personal information is not used for commercial purposes or distributed in any way or to, any other organisation, for any purpose.
  12. You agree to allow Nastic Gymnastics the use of photographs of you/your child for marketing and publicity purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.
  13. Nastic Gymnastics may amend these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated and will be effective immediately.
